Bally, 1993My JD started randomly shooting balls into play both during games and when in attract mode. I am showing error switch 85 trough 2. What is the likelihood that this switch error is causing this to happen. Has anyone else had this happen to them with either this game or any other game that has an autoplunger?
The problem will occur during a game and go away after launching a random number of times.

Trough switch issues can very easily be directly related to ball launch issues into the shooter lane. It doesn't mean you don't have bigger or other issues but yes, there is a very high likelihood the trough switch has something to do with it.
