Hi guys
Most of the flashers in my JD play field are working but when I try to run the self test in the test menu none of them light up. Can someone tell me what would be causing this?

Shut the coin door when testing it.

or use the little yellow cheater than came with them when new. only top switch needs to be closed to turn on high current.
