What I'm going to tell you will probably not be the most popular method, but it's guaranteed to work. Do a full tear down of the crane. Then reassemble all parts making sure you align all set screws with flat spots on the shafts.
Once you verify all parts are exactly where they need to be, follow the crane adjustment procedure through the test menu. That's how I set my game and it worked on the first try and has been flawless ever since. Good luck !
