Look at Dino on JP. It's standing there, it bends over opens mouth and eats ball - just like eating the lawyer off the toilet. Fits the action of the movie.
I don't see modern Stern putting enough time into a proper mech to do this..
Then just write it here enough time...if your theory is right.
