Wanted the threads feed back on this. I have a chance on getting a Bond pro via trade. Big Bond fan only player the PRO once and it was a quick game due to time. Is it worth it at this point with the code still lacking?
Thanks,
Ted

Quoted from John_I:Depends on how long you plan to keep it. If you are going to trade it away in a month, maybe not. The last revision was not big but it did put the software to where it is noticeably getting better. Another two months and it will be really good...and the secondary market value will reflect that.
That all depends on how good it is. If I like the pin I will keep it on average 1-2 years. If its a stinker the 1-2 months.
Thanks.
Quoted from paul_8788:Code is still severely lacking. And while all owners hope it will end up awesome at the end of the day, no one really knows if and when it will get there. The good news is that there has been two updates in the last three weeks and both have been a good step forward, hope they can keep to that kind of schedule.
My opinion, I wouldn't do the trade right now unless you really don't want the game you are trading. Another month it might be a different story.
If you do make the trade, I'd mentally prepare to hold on to it for at least 3-6 months to see how the code shapes up, because my guess is, you'd get tired of the current code pretty quick.
Thanks
One last question fellas. What are you guys think is better? Pro or premium?
Thank you for your thoughts.
Quoted from scottgreenmagic:Pro all the way.
You can avoid the jetpack shenanigans (seems like the most likely part to break), and the jetpack dropping the ball is the only extra gameplay element in the premium.
But losing the physical ball lock improves gameplay--with the virtual lock, those center shots come back to the upper flipper. On the premium, the physical lock/autoplunge makes it very very hard to feed the upper flipper when lock is lit. So better opportunity to hit shots and better flow on the pro.
Thanks man.
But what I'm hearing from you guys,. Right now as the code sits. The Pro seems to be the better machine.
Quoted from iceman44:Just trying to make a point.
Bond F ing Women!
I wish for a lot of things.
Great game and don’t understand the aversion to tie it all together with the essence of Bond. Pussy Galore
I can’t be alone in that thinking.
We just need to modify the code!
Quoted from Rhart51:Licensing. Plain and simple.
Fuck the Licensing! I want some Pussy Galore!
Quoted from PoMC:No problem making a Director's Cut (which is what I will personally use) and a Fan Edit version available.
Me personally I would do Goldfinger at the end of the game.
Quoted from PoMC:Lots of non-Connery Bond girls will be represented in the match scenes since the Connery era is represented during the game. Moore, Dalton and the other guy had the hotter women. Still will have Connery punching women in one match scene because that's too funny.
You won't see that woman from the Majesty's Secret Service movie though - oooofa!
No Daniel Craig era though. His women are too serious for the game. You will see him in one attract mode video I made because it's all car scenes and his movies had some great ones.
You don't like Diana Riggs? lol

Quoted from Flash71:F**k no on Austin Powers content for this machine.
LOL. Come on. It would be a cool funny ass alternative.
Quoted from Utesichiban:It would suck.
I guess you're not an Austin Powers fan. Yeah Baby!!
Quoted from Rhart51:Jesus H. Christ, can this debate die? No one cares.
Unfortunately you're married to it now dude. Lol.
