Is it supposed to be "JETPACK"?

I'm part of the different colors on the Action Button. I asked Mike V. back at California Extreme show about the use of the button. He stated that Stern had a plan for more colors.

I called Stern Tech support about the "Blue Springs" today. If this hasn't already been posted, (sorry) then the part number is:

The nice person stated that this is a warranty request and the three springs will be in the mail to me soon.
