There is a service bulletin to remove GI bulbs because of to much load. I think it is actually referencing the 2 bulbs you added so I would guess that it was a mid run change. Mine has the bulbs in there and I have blown that fuse one time. With reducing the load with LEDs I am sure you will be fine.
