Problem with the left flipper not working:

I wonder if someone could help us. Everything started with the left flipper getting stuck up and burning a f3 fuse on the solid state flipper board. The symptoms looked like a shorted TIP so we replaced the Q15 with a new one. Now the left flipper does not work at all, even though all the fuses are okay.
- There's a constant 71 V voltage on the coil of the left flipper.
- Both led's on the solid state flipper board flicker as they should
- There's about 71 V DC on the CN2 connector pins 8 and 9 at the SSFB. The same thing on connector J10's pins 4 and 5 on the I/O driver board. We know that's too high voltage but surely that's not the actual reason for the flipper not energizing (also, our Baywatch runs with the same amount of voltage without problems).

We even tried to replace the SSFB with a new one from Rottendog without any changes in the situation. When testing the TIP's with a simple transistor/omh test we noticed that Q16 on the I/O driver board and Q2 & Q3 on SSFB show 0 ohms. These however drive the right flipper which works fine. We really don't know where to continue the troubleshooting in regards to the left flipper which is not energizing.

Does someone have any tips?

We are trying to redo worn inserts to our GE and we are missing a good picture of the satellite text in front of the left ramp (not the triagular). Would anyone be kind enough to take a close-up pic in good light and share it here? Thanks!!
