Hi everyone! I bought my Goldeneye pin just recently and I’m having trouble with the magnets (fuse blows after 2 sec). Can anybody here help me with a picture on J3 on the I/O power board and also a picture of the magnet processor board with its cables? Would be much helpful, thanks!

Also if anyone has a center ramp to sell or trade for a left ramp I’m interested!

Quoted from BioBa:

Added a scale Euro-copter in black with blue cockpit leds and red gun leds. Replaced that sad looking toy tank with a real T55. Added a spot light to highlight the new tank.

Wow, really nice! Where did you find the new toys? What’s the scale?

Does anyone know where these stickers are supposed to go? The ones circled in red.

Also: I'm looking for a center / middle ramp in good condition. If anyone has one to sell or possibly trade? I have some stuff to trade, like left ramp, various plastics or magnet processor card.

Small red circle goes on the back of the gun

Thanks! Any idea of where the big 007 logo should be?

So… I bought a new set of low magnetized pinballs and needed to adjust the magnet between the flippers to make them work perfectly again. But now I can’t get the magnet to catch and throw the pinballs anymore. It’s too weak 8 out of 10 times.

Does anyone know in what position the magnet core / screw / nut should be to work perfectly?! Tight and close to the PF or more loose? Maybe someone can share a pic?

Any one have Goldeneye parts they want to sell?

I have a New Old Stock Magnet Processor Board to sell if you’re interested.

Quoted from Pintucky:

I had the same problem and I began to tighten it up closer and closer to the PF until I got the strength I wanted.

Thanks, will try!

Quoted from MJW:

I also upgraded the chopper and tank.
How did you do the leds on the chopper ? [quoted image][quoted image]

How did you get that T55 mounted on the ramp? I got the same tank from Amazon, but there's not enough room for the ball to pass through? I would appreciate a picture from underneath if you hade the time to share one!

Also, I'm still looking for a center ramp in decent quality if anyone has one to sell/trade for parts.

Quoted from J85M:

Anyone close by to Lancaster/Philadelphia and able to send Jody G @ RampOmatic ramps to be reproduced?

Yes please, if someone could do that. I also want me one of those!

If anyone have a good photo or scan of the crotch without wear I can make a new decal. I need one for myself also so that would be great!

Quoted from J85M:

I have a NOS playfield, if you can wait a few days I can snap you a photo pm me an email so I can send it over unless I can send it via pm without Pinside compressing it.

Thank you! I’ve sent you a PM with my email address. Let’s save some crotches!

Quoted from YERFDOG:

I do have a special request if it isn't too much trouble. One of my "Train and Tank" inserts is chipped. Is it possible to get a decal made for that? [quoted image][quoted image]

I can make a decal for you if I could get a high res photo of that area.

Also does someone know where I can find a magnet decal for over James Bond crotch area.. Magnet wear..

If anyone can send me a high resolution picture or scan of this area, I’d be happy to make a decal. I need it for myself also…

Quoted from Var1AbL3:

So, I have a GoldenEye that is in immactulate shape, the ONLY flaw is a slight crack in the middle ramp. I was blown away when we went to look at it before buying it to see ANY GoldenEye without any crotch wear. So, if you would like I can take a high-resolution photo and even use Focus Stacking to ensure the image is completely sharp. BUT, there is certainly no way to upload that size of image to Pinside. So, if you want to reply and let me know if it is okay to leave the flipper on (that would be a major pain to remove and would rather not) and let me know the primary areas you need photographed and I can do that for you.

I’ve sent you a PM!

Quoted from Var1AbL3:

Sent you some images of the crotch, let me know if those work or of you need other photos.

Life happens sometimes and stuff come in between, but I've started with this project now! Images are cleaned up and I'm trying to figure out the best shape for this decal. Any input on this is appreciated! I will soon try print this on adhesive vinyl and color match against the playfield.

So, I’ve made a decal for the crotch magnet wear. It will ship in August, but you can pre-order now.

The first ones to pre-order will get 10% off. Use code ”friendofpinside” at checkout.

Got a question for fellow club owners… my Goldeneye has the setting for attraction music: on but there’s no music when not in play. Something wrong with my machine?

So, I know this is a long shot… but does anyone have the original helicopter for GE to sell me? Or any plastics for that matter. PM if you do.

Anyone with a colourdmd in their Goldeneye able to confirm which version is compatisble? LCD? LED? Or both? Thank you.

I have the LED version.

Quoted from Foxxstone_80:

Hey guys, I'm planning on picking up a goldeneye this weekend. It will be my first Sega, what do I need to know right off hand? It has the common "crotch rot" but works 100% per the seller. Any common issues, upgrades, or mods I should know about?

Congrats, it's a really fun game!

Check the magnet board, if possible replace with a new magnet board upgrade from this guy: https://www.mypinballs.com/electronics/store.jsp (scroll down to Sega Magnet Processor Board). Even if yours works today, the original board will probably not last that much longer.

And for the crotch rot, I recommend my own overlay decal: https://pinside.com/pinball/market/shops/1383-nordic-pinball-supply/07241-goldeneye-ball-save-decal

I bought the colorDMD LED version for my GoldenEye, but I honestly don't think it made that much of a difference.
