As always, I look at the dire straits pinball was in a decade or so ago: Stern barely hanging in there and JJP struggling to get its first machine to market. Other makers were nothing but dreamers in their grandmother’s basements
The fact that any pinball manufacturer can demand such an outlandish price in 2023 - and most likely receive it - is a source of eternal wonder and gratitude to me.
As it should be to all of us; this is a new golden age for pinball and we are all spoiled for choice. Even if very few of us can afford the latest machine to market.
