This is interesting. I find it a bit strange that the shaker would be omitted from the build especially if the brochure does say that a shaker is included. Granted it's only a $120 piece (which is probably peanuts to the SLE buyer), but this type of oversight is discouraging.

Wow. Perhaps it is easier to say what works! Hopefully you get the game all squared away. Seems like most owners are really happy with their purchase and I believe you will be also once it gets dialed in.
