Does the board have this mod and have the ground mods to all the boards in the back box been done.

Every 80a Power board i have seen and including my power board CR7 look like yours , if the any of those 4 wires going to
A24-P2 are not making a good connection that will cause problems ,with the machine power on gently wriggle the wires on A24-P2
