My uneducated guess is to find the one switch on the score motor that controls this and make sure it is working. Looking at my Lucky Hand schematic it could be 1C.

Good luck on this look to the far right of the red box post #9Then my post guessing that it could be score motor 1C the diagram on the schematic I posted describes where 1C is . Again I am not a EM tech but it is my guess that that is something you can look at. Hang in there you’ll get it.
