    This has happened to a number of my games.

    Reseat your connectors aka (I'm assuming you are a noobie) go into the backbox and look for loose connectors (those white and/or black pieces with wires attached to them that plug into green circuit boards). Even if they don't look loose, put your finger on all of them and push. Check the left, middle, right sides of each.

    If one is very loose or even a little off, take it off completely and re-connect it (aka reseating). Make sure when you plug it back in that you line it up correctly before you make it snug. Bending one of those prongs would create more problems.

    This is free, easy to do, usually the problem, and you don't need any special tools.
