The dot matrix display on my jackbot machine is “out of focus”. Certain dots light when they shouldn’t and others don’t, I will post a video. I don’t know what the problem is. I have checked all the connections and even replaced a ribbon wire but it still doesn’t work. I basically want to know if it is the display itself (so I can replace that) or the signal getting to the display. I posted this almost a year ago but I still haven’t been able to fix it. Thanks for any info you can give me. I’m not very technical so please don’t get too technical in your reply. Thanks.
