The printing looks fantastic but the playfield doesn't lay perfectly flat, it looks like at some point the middle of it sat on top of something warm and slightly deformed over it. I tried warming it with a hair dryer, like with plastics, but it's just not flattening. Not happy, this shouldn't be an issue on an $80 piece of plastic.

Everything works perfectly except for one thing: the right flipper button works the flipper but it doesn't change the "extra ball" lane change, and it doesn't work for the "double or nothing" either. Can't figure out why the flipper works but those don't, would this be an opto problem?
