You mean "get the game" as in
- start up a company
- start up a factory
- hire employers, for the factory, administration, accountents etc
- train manufacturors
- organise and make contracts with suppliers, finding new/better
- designing a game
- deal with the license unapprovals
- build prototypes
- back to license holders , costing alot of time
- build final build
- back again to license holders and wait
- start producing
- problems producing
3 years later first costumers get their product.
All of that.... In only 3 years. I wish i had the balls, knowlegde and money to even try something like this.
