It will, but I would recommend a hand-held battery operated model that is easier to get near the game and does not create ground loops.
For switch/lamp matrix or display/driver board/power supply measurements, even 1 MHz bandwidth is sufficient.
If you need to look directly at the CPU RAM/ROM signals, then it is better to have at least 10 MHz scope for all the 1 or 2 MHz CPU's (all Williams SS except P2K, Gottlieb SS, Bally SS, DE, Sega, Stern before SAM)
