Oh hell no. Popeye is really pretty complex, and that hurts it in some ways (upper PF rules and some strange geometry). Like others have said, it's not horrible... it has pretty decent flow and a ton of shots. Biggest issue is not being able to see some shots unless you squat and look under the UPF. Actually, scratch that - biggest problem is 'lite lock' on the skillshot, which for a good player means they can plunge right into multiball. I suggest Phoebe's fix of covering that skillshot hole up
