My mom was scanning photos and sent this to me. Christmas Day 1987 I believe. First time I ever played pinball. My pinball gateway drug moment was documented. Enjoy!

Maybe that's why I like laser war so much. It reminds me of my roots.

    That's great!
A bit different for me. Played a lot of Pinball and Video Games as a kid at our local arcade.
The arcade then closed down and I moved on to other things. Fast forward to February 2013.
My wife DVR'd a news program on a local Pinball Wizard ranked 10th in the world named Robert Gagno. Watched the program and had my first pinball machine in the house within the month!
    Now I preordered MMRLE!
    It's my wife's fault!

We used to go to the Chuck E Cheese for birthday parities and such. I don't recall ever playing pinball there though.

Holy crap, does that thing have NINE pops? That thing must be awesome.

You need a topper for it. And I'd put LED's in it as well. Nice photo.

Ah, Christmas morning was good times, huh? I'd guess a lot of those little pinballs got stepped on at some point in their futures...

I wish I still had it. I'd definitely add some LEDs, some GI figures and probably a 10th pop bumper.

So that was your first NIB pin huh?

If you had left it in the box it'd be worth $25. today!

    The shame!

I guess I can relate to that pic, did some digging and found this old photo my dad scanned years ago. Wish I still had that Star Trek model too. This pic is from the late 60's I believepinball pic.jpg
