    I've been dealing with them since July of this year and haven't had any problems at all. Most of the time my order is shipped the next day and arrives cross-country in three days, like clockwork, and I order from them around twice a month.

    I even had a chance to meet them at the Pacific Pinball Expo and they remembered my name from all of the parts that I had been ordering.

    A few weeks ago I ordered a flipper replacement set for Doodle Bug. It took a few days for me to hear from them and then they actually called me to let me know that there was a problem sourcing parts for the flipper set. They had to substitute some NOS parts and said that if it was a problem then I could return it, no questions asked.

    They're my primary source for parts and would never hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for stuff.
