It's telling you that switch hasn't been closed in a while. Not surprising since it's not working.

First make sure the switch is being closed and working (check continuity across the switch with a DMM, game off). If that's good the switch will have a wht-gry and a grn-blk wire going to it. Make sure they are connected and if so then follow both wires back and see if the connection is broken on the next switch inline (each wire is daisy-chained across 8 switches). See the following switch matrix, but note the switches are not necessarily wired in the same order as shown on the diagram.
