New MET Premium playfield received last year with the old hardware transferred over by Stern. It was a warped playfield I sent back to them.

I think the possibility of unknown many playfields needing to be replaced is going to present an extremely challenging problem for Stern.

I hope it's sooner as opposed to later. I can't imagine Stern is going to want to replace dozens, if not hundreds of playfields on their dime. We have no idea how many games are affected, but if they keep shipping bad playfields then it's just going to get worse for everyone.

I just unboxed my Pro tonight and it seems that the inserts which have the most problem are where the ball is landing from the hole kickouts. I'm may adjust my game (kickout power stettings and/or kickout angle) so the balls do not kickout out and land on inserts.

Put a straight edge (ruler) across the playfield insert and post a picture of that.

Usually the holes are behind the flipper tips, but with that gap...

sorry best i can do. its hard to take a picture at that angle and see anything i tryed a bunch of different ways. when you run your finger over it you can definitely feel it and in person can see it. It didnt drop alot but it did drop. Ive had my table since May 5.

I think that picture does a very good job of showing that the insert dropped. Thanks for sharing.

My GoT pro which I bought last november. The top of the Targaryen insert just started to show a little bit of ghosting a few months ago. I don't know if the insert sank or it was just never level in the first place. The way the clear looks on the edge I assume it's always been like this.
