Just curious how others feel about their collections.

    #2 7 years ago

It's difficult to answer because I still haven't decided for sure if MM is still my favorite pin ever, or whether AC/DC has surpassed it. If MM is my favorite, then yes, it is also my most expensive.

    #3 7 years ago

My Favorite game is always changing.

    #4 7 years ago

Nope. I can't even own my most favorite... It's too expensive.

    #5 7 years ago

Nope. All my games are my favorites (I only buy my favorites). But of the ones I own, my most favorite two are two of the least expensive.

    Almost exactly the same here...

Goldeneye never to leave again...even if it is my last pin left...

    IM rules.. not going anywhere...

Ripley's long awaited, NOT the most expensive but one of the most cherished..

And then there are the Gottlieb SYS80b's... cant live without them and by far the cheapest games in the collection...

X-Men jury out.... but the shots are great.... most expensive and not my favorite...

    #7 7 years ago

Not even sure I have a favorite and I'm not even sure which one is the most valuable.....they are all Williams/Bally's B-Listers with roughly the same values.

    #8 7 years ago

No. Bsd is my favorite and it costs 1/5 as much as my most expensive.

    #9 7 years ago

None of my games cost me over $300, so none of my favorites were expensive.

    #10 7 years ago

BSD is my Fav- w/ HS2 rite on it's Tail ... Tron is Catch-n up Quick tho ...

My #1 pin is LOTR, and it was much less to buy than my MB. W?D was a fraction of the price of either of those two, and it's a favorite of mine, too. Ditto TAF, FT, WH20, etc.

    #12 7 years ago

Nope. Current favorite: Banzai Run. Most expensive: Stargate.

    #13 7 years ago

Not my most expensive. My favorite pin is Bally's 4 Queens. Took me eighteen years to find and aquire. It also involved a 1500 mile drive to pick up.

LOL.. That's crazy... I'd give you $Stargate for $Banzai Run...

    #15 7 years ago

White water tops my favorites list, so no
Next would be AFM then ironman

    #16 7 years ago

    I'm with Shertzpinball, lol!

"None of my games cost me over $300, so none of my favorites were expensive."

    #17 7 years ago

I would say no, but AFM is probably my 2nd favorite game and is my most expensive game. I have to give the slight nod to TZ even though AFM gets the most play by myself and others.

I would say bsd is my favorite, and costs about a 1/4 as much as my two most expensive.

    #20 7 years ago

Nice pins Black_Rose, I wish I had the space to have several machines..

    #21 7 years ago

I love my whitewater pd less than half what I paid for others

    #22 7 years ago

my favorite game is not the most expensive in my collection.

    #23 7 years ago

XMEN most expensive, not my most favorite .

    #24 7 years ago

Are we talking value or what we paid for them?
MM is my most valuable game and I have a CC that I'll be restoring soon.
I think I paid more for my XM LE though!
None of them is really my "favourite".

I probably enjoy IJ and White Water just as much or more.

Impossible to really pick. I sort of like all my games equally but for different reasons.
    They're like my kids

    #25 7 years ago

TSPP is my most expensive, but I think TZ and TSPP are probably my favorites.

    #26 7 years ago

    Not for me.

BK2K has to be my favorite machine. My most expensive was the HUO RFM/SWE1 combo.

    CHris

    #27 7 years ago

my favourite is my most expensive - IM

    #28 7 years ago

AcDc premium has kicked MM to the curb....
    Al

    #29 7 years ago

I'm all in fovour of proving common beliefs wrong and favouring the under-dog, but in this case I have to admit that MM is actually my favourite pinball... so yes, this is also my most expensive... Or more accdurately, my most valuable... I actually paid more for my TF!

Goldeneye does rock! I don't own it but pintucky does and it's one of my fav out of his awesome collection. I would buy one of he didn't own it.

    #31 7 years ago

My favorite right now is ironman, not my most expensive.

    #32 7 years ago

Usually the new one is the fav for a while. So, no.

    #33 7 years ago

Tough call, of the games I walk up to and play the most often, there is a wide gap in prices.

My TOP machine right now in terms of plays and "awesome" feeling is IM, but it is not the one I paid the most for (certainly close, but not the most expensive pin in my collection).

I also have some pins that I paid less than $500 for that are awesome and keep me smiling based upon their old-school charms.

I am at a stage in my life where I am beyond having rare this or that, or expensive this or that make any impact on how much I might like something. If I like it, great! I am not going to collect or keep a physical object just based on rarity, and the thought others might covet it makes no difference to me.

Honestly, I wish all my pins only cost me $1 each... that would be something

    #34 7 years ago

I hardly play medieval madness. It's probably going on the chopping block.

    #35 7 years ago

Right now my favorite is Jackbot....which costs a little less than my Tron LE. Up until this summer, my favorite for years was Flintstones.... again those are a little bit cheaper than Tron LE (or CV, LOTR, IM, FG, POTC, etc etc)

Gotta agree with our Bentonville contingent!

    #37 7 years ago

It is the opposite for me as one of my all time favorites is Congo and it is my cheapest pin in the entire collection to date. The thought of selling it has never entered my mind and has stayed in the exact same physical spot since April 2011 while other games to either side of it have come and gone. I will be moving it soon unfortunately but only because I am rearranging to magically make space to increase my maximum capacity from 9 to potentially 10-12 pins

    #38 7 years ago

    Tron is my favorite today

    #39 7 years ago

AC/DC BIB LE. Definently my favorite & most expensive. Was LOTR,TZ,& TAF before that. Now Magneto is creeping up in there

    #40 7 years ago

AC/DC BIBLE is my favorite and most expensive, but I still enjoy my least expensive game, Paragon.

    #41 7 years ago

No, my favorite is Judge Dredd; NOT the most expensive.

    Unfortunately, yes.
