Quoted from WODKA:

Why cant Pat be the designer of both WIW and TOYS? And stop using WW and TS, its confusing!

What, we weren't talking about Waterworld pinball this whole time??

Quoted from NorCalRealtor:

Willy Wonka was a strange and creepy movie. Are so many of you really hot to trot for a WW pin?

Absolutely. WW was a great movie, that went way deeper than a weird man and his factory. I can't wait for a pin of this, I'm in as soon as it is announced.

Quoted from PanzerFreak:

I can see GNR being popular in a bar setting but when it comes to people dropping $8k--$10k for a home pinball machine I think a HP pin would easily outsell GNR.

I'd probably totally take that bet. I think GnR would easily outsell a HP pin. Most of us that have disposable income to buy JJP machines, are an age that have a connection with GnR, and not really HP. Who knows, it could prove to be a different story, when the rubber meets the road.

Quoted from Hammerhead:

When did GNR "unofficially" jump in front of TS in the queue?

Sounds like the TS is getting pushed to 2020 to coincide with the movie's release to DVD (so said Kanedas podcast).

Quoted from vireland:

If true, I approve of this move.

I approve of it, too, but not sure my wallet will.

Wonka and GnR both this year, are (IMO) the best 1-2 punch of machines coming this year. It guarantees JJP will get some of my money, for sure.

Not sure why so many folks undersell the appeal of a new GnR pin. The original is pretty well loved by the pin population, a JJP treatment of it could be a whole other level of great.

Yeah, I was thinking that the only thing to be announced at TPF would be WOZYBR, and then we'd hear about Wonka in a month or 2 afterwards....then maybe October/November for GnR? Who knows...
