I really enjoyed it when I got the chance to play it. Fast, unpredictable at times and great sound. But with pins opinions will inevitably vary so it is really up to you on whether you think it is a top 20 pin or not. I pay little attention to Ipdb's ratings as I think they are way out there and Pinside has many more reviews by people that collect and play pinball.
I see that in my previous post I failed to say whether I think Tron is a top 20 pin or not. IMO it is a top 20 pin and then some.

Adding personal taste mods have absolutely nothing to do with a pin being incomplete. Some of us in the community enjoy adding our own touches to pins that others may not even care for. It is part of the fun and has absolutely nothing to do with a pin not being complete. There are many mods for some of the most popular pins like AFM, TZ, SM, TAF, and Tron. It has nothing to do with the pins not being complete or having to build them from the ground up.
