    Expo - Not vendor friendly
TPF - They like their vendors and go out of the way for them

Expo - Need a car if you don't want to eat in the same parking lot
TPF - Food Trucks & Food in walking distance.

Expo - Hotel bribes you not to clean your room for a $5 off meal coupon 3 Star Hotel **Reports of bed bugs** on floor 5
TPF - Great Breakfast (Part of your reservations) 4 Star Hotel **Reports of bed bugs** on floor 2

Expo - Stern Tour (On a crappy bus ride all the way) Sweet tour though!
TPF - No Tours -- However you can keep playing pinball

Expo - Side room with over a 3rd of the games off & not working out of the 100 if that room even holds that many. I don't think it does but I haven't counted.
TPF - Most games are working

Expo - Closes the hall for a dinner night (By the way, whoever is speaking doesn't shut the "LL"sticks up. You'll stand in the hall waiting for the hall to open back up. Don't worry they will run up & down the hallway and tell you "to shut up until the dinner is over")
TPF - Doesn't close their hall for meeting/speaking engagements/ or pinside meetings

    Expo - Beer
    TPF - Beer

Expo - Load in is a mile walk down a hallway for 2 people at a time.
TPF - Organized for load in & load out (It still has issues but better than the mile walk)

I have heard Atlanta & Seattle are catching up.

    Quoted from LTG:

Last couple years the game hall stays open during the banquet so people can keep playing pinball.
    LTG : )

Who would know I haven't been back in two years after all the melt downs.

    Quoted from metallik:

    Some of these aren't accurate...

There are plenty of eats within walking distance of Expo - Ram, Twinpeaks, Buca de bello, Subway, Dunkin donuts, Spears and a winery/restaurant, plus whatever's in the hotel itself. There have never been "a third" of the games in the free play room down; breakage is similar to other shows. Banquet closing no longer occurs. Load in is nowhere near a mile... it's one outdoor ramp, then about 100 yards through a rear hallway
There are definite issues with vendor treatment at Expo, but please don't spread falsehoods.

Yes Dunkin' Donuts is a prime place to eat. Right along with subway... your right a mile is over exaggerated. The one load indoor is such great concept for everybody who's trying to pack in at one time or out. The small hallway in the back kitchen is a "prime" place to unload and load.
