    Quoted from ForceFlow:

As an outside observer, there certainly seems to be a lot more going on at TPF than Expo.

    Well,
As an inside observer, TPF wipes the floor OVERALL with any of the various pin-shows throughout the U.S.

    You want celebrities? Check.
You want cool industry vets causally chatting throughout the day with the public; signing autographs if asked politely? Check.
You want a good cross section-era of pins and a handful of vids to play?
Especially those classic Ballys done up better-than-new by fairly local Texan Keith Holbrook? Check and Check!
Spooky, Heighway, JJP, AP, MP3, DP, CGC, Gizmo and the newest Sterns (courtesy of Marco Specialties) on the floor to play? Check.
    Homebrew games? Check.
    Great vendors? Check.
    Swap meet? Slept in...
    Bryan *censored* Kelly? Check.
    LIONMAN!!! Check.
Bible Adventures obsessed Ben Heck? Check.
    Kaneda? Ehhhhhh, UN-Check...

Free breakfast AND happy hour unlimited drinks for two straight hours?!? Check and CHECK!
Making new friends along the way and helping out others, all while tearing up a tad at Spooky's awesome mini movie... Priceless!

Heck, just a couple of hours at Pinball Life meeting Svengoolie was more fun than the entire 15' Expo...and it was FREE!

If Terry and Margaret went full on with a paid three day event to challenge/rival Expo then I'd much rather fly out for that.
Eating more Lou Malnati's in the process wouldn't hurt either...

    Quoted from Mr68:

Mike should just sell the show to new owners and scooter his way into retirement.

Yes, but only AFTER he yells at Bangerjay to get his f@king chair out of the aisle!

I mean really, it's still sitting there. How defiant can one attendee from Yomamasville be?!?
