Somebody on Reddit posted that they just received theirs.
It's well worth the wait, some of the best products out there and reasonable prices. I use this theory - good, fast and cheap, pick any 2.
Yeah their communication is just terrible and I don't get it because it takes 30 seconds to respond to emails.
I have been in touch with them about their Godzilla topper and first it was coming end of November, then December, then end of December, then I emailed them just to ask again about it early Jan and crickets, then I emailed them again like 4 days ago to ask about it, and he said they are just backed up with current orders and GZ should be end of February.
The reason I kept asking him though is because ever reply I got from him, he said to check back at the end of the month. Otherwise I wouldn't be emailing him monthly, but he legit told me to.
Granted they finally respond, but I just don't get what is so hard about responding for 30 seconds.
That said, I am eagerly awaiting the GZ topper since I love my JP topper from them.
Like others have said. Process is really slow. I've heard they are waiting on modules that have taken quite a while to get. Just keep bugging them. They'll eventually respond. I know its not ideal but the product is really nice. I'm waiting on 1 myself.

Any word on these people? I’ve emailed like 2-3 times and no response.
I emailed with Dan on Thursday.
Granted he was responding to an email I sent the week prior so, take that for what it’s worth. Dan has always been great in every deal I’ve done with him, even though he always seems overwhelmed to some degree.
