This has been hanging on the wall for over a year and I never noticed it before. Here's some pics of the NOS PF compared to the one in the production game

I don't care what it is, but that should be scanned! Pretty awesome.

You're welcome here anytime Greg to play this pin or any others in the collection. I'm rebuilding all of the connectors this weekend. I'll start a thread once the project starts. I'm not sure if you noticed the discrepancies in the PF when you had the machine. I really just noticed last weekend when I was asked to scan the PF.

You have an awesome collection with machines in fantastic condition.

I didn't really look too closely to notice the differences...if I did I would be asking the same question you are!

Wow. It also has holes for extra light bulbs under the slingshot plastics. Traces of these holes are still found in the paint on the production game playfields.
Often wondered what those things were..

Thanks for sharing.

Any indication of a production date on the edge of your sample playfield?

Holy crap! That’s an early sample.
Are you having this beauty clear coated for a playfield swap?

I'm definitely getting it cleared after the PF is drilled and dimpled. I've been looking at examples of other PF from this this era that have been cleared to help pick the best sheen.
