I am well-aware of the guy that sells back doors for about $40 each; however, they only fit a few standard sizes. (I am having a difficult time finding a door to fit my Bally Rocket III.)

I came across this firm that makes custom-sized dog crate pan trays that looks like it would fit the bill, although I would need to cut a hole in it.

    Looks interesting.

    Another alternative.
Make a template with some cardboard. Measure twice, including the hole for the lock. Take it to your local furnace HVAC company. They can make one fairly easily including any cross creases.

A $10 piece of plywood was my solution

I concur with this solution...the only problem you might run into is the original doors were not as thick, so sometimes the plywood interferes with steppers and other stuff on some games. In this case I've had to rout small sections on the inside of the new door to allow those mechs to move freely...

Yeah, I ended up routing a few groves in the inside for the bars that lock in the back glass. I like using the wood because the bells in this game were so loud, now it’s about the same volume as the chimes in my Mata Hari.
