When you first plunge the ball, use the upper left flipper to hit it as it goes by.

Put some wood screws into the outlane and between the middle of the flippers. Should dramatically increase your ball times.

yes, take the glass off.

Put two inch flipper bats on it too, and that should help improve your skills dramatically.

Make certain you increase extra balls and hell, while you’re in there, put the tilt warnings on 4 and put the balls per game to 6.

Ok, joking aside explain the drain issues, is it down the middle, the right or left side, give us some specifics.

Two posts by left outlane can be adjusted to close the outlane gap a little. Also the upper post on right outline can be moved down to make gap smaller.

Ways to what? Decrease the difficulty on someone else's machine? This whole thread is inane.

No I mean like if get one the it will be easy that's all

Oops, my original post was about LAH, geez!

I agreed, JD is fairly hard even after several months. Deep rule set. Always fun to learn tho.

#15 6 years ago

I've actually tuned mine to make it harder. If you don't flip on the plunge it goes sdtm. Makes Multiball and Blackout even harder!

JD is NOT an supposed to be an easy game! I bought dredd specifically to make myself a better player. It becomes easier as you get better and figure out the flow of the game.
Here's a tip: When ball is returning from a ramp into the return lane. Hold that flipper up. There is enough momentum that the ball will pass over the the opposite flipper, setting you up for a targeted shot.

I absolutely sucked at JD when I first got it. Now I can usually run through all the modes in one game (my record is 3 times)

When I played JD on location, it was my favorite game to play at the time and I didn't find it too difficult, but most everybody else I saw play it floundered. It takes some practice, but if you play Supergame, you will probably improve your skills on it faster.

Darn almost got to the ultimate challenge with a replay and one extra ball
