All this talk convinced me to do it.
I just tried it.. It looks like MMR does some kind of odd scan rate the bigger screen doesn't handle. Probably needs a code update to work with the new screen, it boots up and starts out looking like it'll work.

I'm beginning to think that the reason CGC has been dragging their feet with the 2019 MMr production is because they've got something coming that's related towards aligning the MMr machine with the other two remakes.
Fingers crossed that it's the long over-due XL DMD, new GI integration, and maybe even an interactive topper. Maybe even a MMrr?

Okay, I'll post what Ryan said on the Flip 'n Out stream from last night (9/30):
* There are still MBr LE's with distributors available for purchase. They have nothing left to sell to any dealers. Dealers who have them, have them. CGC has 'very few left to produce, so talk to dealers. Dealers have ways to come up with the LE's.'
* MMr is coming back in the Q4, 'sometime between now and Christmas we plan on putting some more MMR's out there' of 2019.
* They've done two MMr runs to date. They first did 1000 MMrLE units and then they did 1000 MMr standard units right on its tail.
* On MMr XL DMD: 'If you want to play it, go to Logan Arcade. That's where the prototype is. I can't discuss whether its coming or not, but we will say it like this, it is beautiful on the game...either way you can get the HD graphics on the smaller 4:3 display.'
The MMr XL DMD is happening folks.

Anyone else think CGC are going to announce MMr XL DMD @ Expo this week end?
I am thinking that maybe there is no next game to announce yet so maybe announce the XL DMD for MMr.

I think they are waiting till TOMr is ready' will announce that and then use MMrXL once those sales slump off to buy a bit of time before the next remake.

What are USA distributors selling these for? I got a quote of 8300 USD w/o delivery for the next run of MMr.

I've downsized my collection. This is the last pin I'm buying and its my fist NIB.
Damn. What do I do? I'm a few days away from putting a deposit down on the next run of MMr and this drops. Will it cost like 10K USD or be in line with the others? Do I wait? Can I wait? Can I add it later? It's all too much.
