Quoted from johnwartjr:

o, while I've been chained to my computer this weekend, I've been looking at parts for Flintstones.

If you're using LEDs, did you do a LED kit, or ala carte?

If a kit, whose kit? Did you end up happy with the kit, or did you do a fair amount of customizing after the kit?

Did you do LED flashers, or regular flashers?

I'm looking for a low maintenance solution that won't require as frequent bulb maintenance on route, and I also wouldn't mind catching peoples eyes.</blockquote
I colour matched all the inserts and used LED's from Pinball Life. I also did all flashers with LED's. I left all the GI with incandescent but used a few yellows.

Quoted from scottnds:

Now when I hit the right flipper before the ball is plunged and I get a score of 800 added and that cancels the skill shot.
A couple of times I got 5 million without plunging the ball.
Might have to buy a couple of switches and start replacing them.
The thing is it does not do it all the time.
Anyone else here had the same problem?
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks.
Scott.

I had this problem some time ago, for me it was one of the drop targets in "BED". I reflowed the solder and it fixed the problem.

Easy fix, how long did it take you find?

Is anything registering a score before you plunge the ball? On mine one of the drop targets needed the solder reflowed.

Are you rolling over the lit lettter?

Quoted from Ryanod:

score right after I plunge

Go to switch edge test, give the machine a few shakes and see which switch shows up. I think it will be a drop target.

Quoted from Ryanod:

BEDROCK are lit

They should not be lit until you hit them. That is what is messing up your skill shot.

try unplugging them and see if the skill shot works.
