Quoted from Max_Badazz:Is that a repro Joe's sign? It looks different than mine and others I have seen
Yessir. My original was missing when I got the machine. Seller included the repro. I assume its from Mad Amusements.
Quoted from 0geist0:You need bigger wheels and tires to go off-road with a pin
Mine will be here tomorrow, I want to go sit on my mailbox and wait. Ii's driving me crazy only 10 miles from me sitting in a truck
I paid for mine and then had to wait 6 weeks for delivery. Man did that suck.
Quoted from 0geist0:I'm thinking I need three more spot lights, two for the houses and one for the right rear, to light up the plastics
I've done 2 so far, but am thinking of adding one more for the machine.
I thought about taking the back board of the playfield off, removing the plastic and cut an oblong hole in it and lighting the plastics from behind
Well the Machine's plastic SHOULD already be backlit:
Then, if you point a spotlight at the backboard, it lights up pretty well:
Quoted from SpOoKyRiDeS:Very cool! Thanks for sharing! I am going to show off my " Rock Donalds " mod building soon. Almost got all the " bedrock bugs" worked out of it as well as my Stern like searchlights in a twist. Dino says " Hello" as well shortly. Have fun!~ Spooky
Daddy is intrigued.
Just popping in with pics of the new powder coat on my Flinty. I call this color "Necktie Blue":

The nice thing is that the same blue is present in the marbling and the claymation globe on the side art, which helps tie it all together.
Quoted from blondetall:Phet- I like all the colors, and think purple on the Creech would look cool. I'm going to show my mom this on Sunday since she was thinking about doing more colors on hers, but don't know if she means lights or powdercoat.
Cool. Powdercoating is fun. The original rails were beat to hell on this one when I got it, so I new I was gonna put nicer ones on at some point, I just didn't know what color. I think there is too much orange present in the translight and speaker panel to go with orange armor, which is why I chose the blue. If you look up there, it's just a huge wall of burnt orange. I also plan to design custom cabinet art in the future that is based on Fred's shirt. The blue armor will accent the orange and black sabre-tooth leopard skin nicely.
Quoted from PinsOnly:Hi Guys, Cool stuff, My wife makes these flipper toppers through her Little web site ( http://www.head-shots.ca ), they can be done in any combination of colors for the ball. They attach very well with a double sided molding tape that she puts on the backs, so they are basically peel and stick. She does all the sculpts and painting. They really look great on the flippers. These are on my game.
Awesome. How do I order a set?
Quoted from 0geist0:Thanks, I think it came out pretty good, I made a new platform for the house mod so it's totally a reversible add-on
That's what I'll be doing too. I've got 7 of the buildings (I'll be trying to fit 4) and one car, in addition to the cartoon palm trees and a bunch of other stuff I'm most likely not gonna use. If anybody is looking for a few buildings or other Flinty doo-dads, let me know, I'll sell my extras cheap.
