    I'm pretty sure CN7 on the power supply board is the relay feed for the flashing. IIRC I unplugged it when I had my Jurassic Park and it eliminated the GI flashing. I just looked at the power supply schematic and that's all the wires on CN7 are for, it's a 3 pin plug on the right side of the power supply.
