Why do people try to strong-arm their way into a deal like this? Does that ever work?
I was selling a MAME cabinet for $400 on Facebook a few months ago and it sold in a day. But not before 2 people tried to tell me that I was uninformed and it was only worth $50-$100. One guy told me I was lucky to get his offer of $100.
