The flippers and price pumpers are powerless without a sucker on the other end of the deal.

Just like Stern couldn't get away with shipping incomplete code and JJP couldn't get away with jerking people around for years without a complicit population of buyers....

If folks had an ounce of self-control- ALL those problems go away. However, there seems to be enough "Take My Money" pinheads to perpetuate the bad behavior by sellers (private or commercial).

So, if you're looking for someone to blame, look in the mirror pinside.

Are we really arguing over someone sitting on a game for 3-6 months to make a "huge profit" of what, $1000?

So $38/week? Hmmm. I think the average lemonade stand profits more than that.

    This
    Is
    Silly.

    Quoted from Whysnow:

simple, the line is drawn with intent..

"Mr. Marks, by mandate of the Pinside Antidouchbag Flipper Prevention Precrime Division, I'm placing you under arrest for the future flipping of a pinball machine that was to take place next week.

    Assume the position!"

    Quoted from Whysnow:

I make money in the real world. I make friends in the hobby world.
Building a community or network of friends is more important than a couple grand.

Sounds like a direct quote from Kevin Kulek....

    Quoted from iceman44:

And anybody paying $9k plus for a GBLE needs to have their head examined.

So I'm assuming you're not jumping on the $8900 Hobbit (un)limited edition either?

    Quoted from CrazyLevi:

    What does it mean anyway?

I believe the origin was actually (a much more colorful) "go pound sand up your ass."

Frankly, I think the original better.
