IN the photo the very top row of lights, where it says ball 3, doesn't light up
Is this in need of a display entirely or is there another reason it would do this

you could try reseating connectors and see if it gets better. if not the display could be going bad.

Or, it could be a failed component, cracked solder joint, a solder bridge, or a bad cable.
