Short story, yes. You are substituting a HCT273 for a HCT273 so you should be fine.
The N is a package designation for PDIP. See the TI datasheet page 12:

HCT is TTL working level, which can be used interchangeably with 74LS series
The 74 designation is consumer grade vs 54 which is extended temp (I've always heard it called MILL spec, for Millitary)
