    So, I have emailed these guys after an order I made and it has been over 2 weeks with no update. I have tried emailing them multiple times and no one responds.

    I hate bitch forms on Pinside, i think people should be patient and work it out. But, in this case 2 weeks and nothing for a small order. If it is delayed tell me it is delayed I can handle that. But for now I am not impressed.

    Maybe someone has a contact other then their site? Forum posts seem old about them but they used to be very favorable. For now, my experience has been poor - no responses at all.

    He's a one-man oufit, and his regular job is busiest in summer.
    He might just be tied up with things going on.

    Well my order is not small but I’m only a week in at this point. I guess I will be patient and not sweat the non reply.

    Super nice dude, but I ordered some cab lighting in April 2020 and was sent the incorrect item(s). It took many emails to remind him to ship the items after I paid. Once I received the lighting kit, I noticed I was sent the incorrect one which resulted in the wrong power connector/wiring interface. I followed up for a couple of months and finally gave up writing it off to Covid. It's too bad as I have his products on several games and really enjoy them.

    I was considering ordering his undercab kit for the AC/DC I bought recently. Based on the stuff I read in here, I decided it would be best to get confirmation from him that he would actually be able to ship the kit prior to ordering it, so I tried to contact him on the chat/email link on their webpage, and also replied to an old personal email from him from a prior purchase... no response to either, so I am going to hold off on ordering for now.

    Yeah he's a real good due though so if he can't even reply right now then something must be going on. Let's hope it's not covid related and hopefully he'll be back.

    I’ve ordered lots of stuff from Chris beginning about eight years ago. Last time I dealt with him was four years ago. For a while he was selling stuff on Mezel Mods. But I’m not sure if that’s still the case.
    Although I haven’t purchased from him lately Chris was always very responsive and put out a good product. Hopefully he’ll respond to you soon.

    Ordered some stuff from Rock Custom 6-8 months ago, took him forever to ship out. Never responded to me when I reached out, then when I finally received my order essential pieces were missing. Not sure if I would do business again. Even if it’s a side hustle, it’s still poor business ethics!

    Due to the poor reviews here and no response to my phone call and emails I have opened a dispute with PayPal. He has 9 days to supply them with shipping confirmation. Sadly even this does not give me much hope with his apparent track record of not sending correct orders. Pretty bizarre way to run a business with the unique products he sells.

    I hate to see all these negative things being reported for this company. He USED to have top notch customer service and was extremely responsive to any product issues, and would ship things out quickly. The first 3 or 4 games I bought I had his undercabinet kits on them and he was always very helpful and patient in helping me get them installed properly. Then, a couple years ago, he started becoming very hard to get any response from any inquiry or other email. Not sure what happened, but the state of his company now seems to be radically different than it once was. It is a shame too since he sort of has the market cornered on this particular product offering...

    Sorry to hear Rock Custom has come to this. I had lots of good dealings and positive experiences with Chris is the past. LORDDREK , I hope it all works out.

    Refund issued. No effort to remedy the situation was ever attempted. Anyone thinking of future orders should be aware of this.

    It is sad to see any pinball business fade away into the sunset but there were some warning signs. A business is just that and should be treated as such. This was my second attempt to order as my first never was accepted due to a vacation that I only found out about after digging thru Facebook a week later.

    I have since made most of the items ordered myself with readily available components. Necessity is the mother of invention…
