I would deal with BAA instead of going directly to Planetary if possible. I have dealt with BAA for over ten years and their support has always been top notch. On a recent order the Post Office screwed up the delivery, so I put in a ticket. BAA immediately called me on the phone and offered to send a replacement order via Fedex. They then followed up by email to make sure I had gotten that shipment. Basically they bent over backwards to make sure my little $120 order was properly filled.
