My understanding is that the pbr grease is the closest thing we'll ever get to the tubes of grease that used to come with EM games when they were new. Personally, I've never used either grease. I use teflon super lube throughout my EMs, and I've had zero issues with it. I doubt it matters too much.
So this grease does not introduce electrical resistance, and therefore could be used in any application across electrical contacts? That would make it useful.

Well it's non conductive (dielectric properties). I have found it handy to have around.
