I'd be a bit unhappy. I've seen NIB insert crazing like that and have been told that it meets Stern's standards and is not an issue. It kinda sucks because a NIB owner should not have a visible defect like that devalue a pin. It may happen but it is not on every pin it's an anomaly. And in today's home use market it very likely devalues the pin a bit.
The through clear looks shaky, definitely put down Mylar and that should prevent future problems. If you are unhappy contact your distributer and see what can be done to make things right.
