    Is it the 5V section that gets overloaded? I thought it was the HV circuit.

    Ever tried a color LCD kit? I mean it's not like we don't have solutions to these obsolete parts.

    Outgassing usually happens from the top down, not the corners. Burn-in is more commonly found around corners.

    $180?? Best to just get a color DMD Extender kit at that point.
