The biggest problem JJP seems to have is they can't crank out product fast enough. That's an awesome problem to have.

Did they need money to keep cranking? Probably. But the demand for their product is still huge, and they have great visibility. They're making a unique product no one is matching. Sounds like a business with enormous potential and a great investment opportunity.

Isn't Jack still saying to ask for a refund if you want one? JJP still has my money and hasn't delivered yet. I'm not worried. Someone tell me where to invest.

Quoted from jadziedzic:

That statement without context is meaningless. If JJP was cranking out 50-100 games per week and they couldn't keep up with the demand then that would be a GREAT "biggest problem" to have. When it appears they are unable to make ANY LE games since sometime in mid December and the "40 boxes on the shipping dock" picture is weeks old it puts an entirely different complexion on that statement.

And this is insightful how? Any statement without context is meaningless. They're having production problems: I agree. Someone with access to their financials chose to invest. That says way more than all the doubt and insinuations found in this thread.
