Quoted from rai:I have what most sane people would say is more than enough pins. I have 7 and enjoy them all. I know guys who have 5-6 pins at a time but are trading constantly so they may have owned 50+ different pins over the last 10 years, but never as many as I have currently.
I was at 5 pins for the longest time, and just recently upped my collection. My problem, seems to be that while 7 is fine, I just seem to be thinking of the next one, if I can find room. Part of the problem is I don't like to sell/trade my old pins out but seem to be adding to the collection.
I met one guy who was off the chart his whole basement was filled with pins, must have been 50 no lie. I don't want to be that guy but it's always seems like I want just one or two pins that are coming out, but don't want to sell one of my babies to make it happen.
I know (rationally) I should concentrate on the pins I have and not worry about the ones I don't. There is a lot of depth in the pins I own and I should play more games on them for sure.
Too bad I'm not close to arcades, but I'll try more pin shows be at York tomorrow to check out TWD.
I say do what you want. Personally I wouldn't want that many at one time. It's easy to make excuses about why you should keep such and such pin when in reality it makes a lot more sense to move it along for something you will be more interested in.
