I played a WOZ that was legit on 3 legs. I was applying constant pressure to keep it level. I wanted to adjust it so bad. I would say the answer is "no", but if I am putting in quarters I would shim up one of the front legs with a coaster or something to even it out if there was one around. I wouldn't really crawl around under the machine. I am also not too picky so if it is bugging me it is pretty bad.
