Yep, distros have their hand full keeping people that have already bought, and are going to buy again.
Probably goes back toward dealing with operators that buy lots of equipment, and have a history with them.
That, and asking for a Jersey Jack delivery date alone, shows a bit of not doing your own homework.
What answer can they give, really, knowing JJ "deadlines"?
