I recently got my first bingo pinball a bally lotta fun. I have it working pretty good but one thing is that after all 5 balls have been played the mechanics keep running and never stop. Is this just how it was made or is something wrong?
I swear I found a site talking about this when I was digging around while deciding if I wanted to but it or not,but now I can’t find any mention of it at all which makes me think I have a problem with mine.
Thanks for any help

There's a timer stepper on the back door that should eventually shut down the machine after no plays. If you watch should see the stepper operate every minute or so until it has counted down to shut down the machine.

There are bingo experts that perhaps that will post more specific information.

yup. The only thing the timer unit does on lotta fun is step up and eventually a switch opens and shuts off the motors. There's no wipers on the unit so they didn't bother to put it in the manual.

the step up coil is at schem A8. Something in the circuit up to wire 30 is open. The only thing that should be open most of the time once the shutter closes is the CU cam 2A switch.

note the game will not step the timer during replay reset or payout.

assuming someone didn't misadjust the 2A switch always open, the most common problem is the open-at-top switch on the side of the timer unit.
